Language is Power...
Born in Montreal, I'm of Greek descent and speak 3 languages: French, English and Greek. I believe that the more languages you know, the better off you are. Hence, I'm proud to say that my first book is bilingual to encourage learning!
I discovered I had a passion for writing in my 20s. I thought maybe children's books was what I wanted to concentrate on. Later I discovered that poetry was what had a pull on me. So many interpretations and possibilities are possible depending on the person. Every line, every thought can trigger different feelings, emotions and views in people.
I decided to start off by writing a series of poems that affects us all: the very beginning of our existence and the unbreakable bond we share with our mother
